Manulife Financial (MFC.TO) said Wednesday it has sealed a five-year renewal agreement with Microsoft, as it expands its use of AI-enabled capabilities, including AI agents, across its global operations.
Manulife said it is using AI across the organization, equipping employees with tools to streamline everyday work, boost productivity, and deliver greater value to customers. It expects to generate more than $1 billion of enterprise value by 2027, with $300 million achieved as of year-end 2025.
