The Bitcoin price in UAE fell toward AED 282,000 on November 3, 2026, as investors continued withdrawing funds from Binance following the largest cryptocurrency exchange hack on record.
Bitcoin initially stabilised near AED 286,000 after Binance resumed withdrawals, but the recovery faded as ETF outflows, exchange-security concerns and uncertainty surrounding the US midterm elections weakened demand for risk assets.
Bitcoin traded near $76,800, equivalent to approximately AED 282,000 based on the UAE dirham’s fixed relationship with the US dollar.
Prices may differ slightly between UAE cryptocurrency platforms because of trading spreads, liquidity and transaction charges.
Bitcoin Market Level | Approximate Price in AED |
|---|---|
BTC at $80,000 | AED 293,800 |
BTC at $79,100 | AED 290,495 |
BTC at $78,300 | AED 287,557 |
BTC at $76,800 | AED 282,048 |
BTC at $76,000 | AED 279,110 |
BTC at $75,000 | AED 275,438 |
Bitcoin was recently down approximately 2.5% over 24 hours after trading between $76,499 and $78,732. The cryptocurrency has fallen more than 4% over the past week and around 9% during the last 30 days.
The latest move means that one Bitcoin has lost approximately AED 11,750 in value since trading at the AED 293,800 equivalent of $80,000.
Binance customers withdrew $4.65 billion during the first nine and a half hours after withdrawal services resumed. Deposits totalled approximately $1.01 billion, resulting in net outflows of $3.64 billion.
The withdrawals represented about 2.1% of the exchange’s reported $171 billion of assets. Binance said activity began stabilising after an initial surge and described the movement as a precautionary reaction rather than a broader run on the platform.
The exchange restored withdrawals in phases, prioritising major cryptocurrencies and stablecoins. Bitcoin, Ether, BNB, Solana, XRP, USDT and USDC were included among the first assets supported.
Some analytics platforms reported larger outflows because transfers into newly created Binance wallets were difficult to distinguish from customer withdrawals. Binance said its own calculation was the more accurate measurement.
The withdrawals followed a security breach in which attackers removed approximately $6.3 billion of cryptocurrency from Binance hot wallets.
Binance said it had replaced around 95% of the stolen assets using its Secure Asset Fund for Users, insurance resources and corporate treasury. The exchange said major customer balances, including BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB and XRP, were fully backed.
The remaining 5% consisted primarily of less liquid tokens that require more time to purchase in sufficient quantities. Binance has promised to absorb the financial cost of the attack rather than pass losses to customers.
The ability to cover the loss has limited the immediate market impact. However, investors are likely to monitor Binance’s updated proof-of-reserves report, wallet balances and withdrawal volumes for evidence that confidence is returning.
The FBI said North Korea-linked TraderTraitor hackers were responsible for stealing more than $6 billion in virtual assets from Binance.
Investigators said the group was converting stolen tokens primarily into Ether and may attempt to move the funds through decentralised finance platforms, instant-swap services and smaller exchanges.
The FBI, US Secret Service and IRS Criminal Investigation division asked cryptocurrency businesses and blockchain operators to block transactions connected to identified addresses.
The attribution has created additional concerns about whether parts of the stolen cryptocurrency could eventually reach the open market. Large-scale conversions into Ether or stablecoins could increase volatility even if Binance has fully reimbursed affected balances.
US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $643.3 million of net outflows on October 30, their largest single-day withdrawal in more than four months.
The outflow erased four consecutive days of inflows and left the products with approximately $202.6 million of net withdrawals for the week. Spot Ether ETFs also lost $155.9 million during the session.
ETF flows are closely watched because they measure demand from institutional and traditional-market investors. Persistent redemptions could make it more difficult for Bitcoin to recover above $80,000, particularly while cryptocurrency sentiment remains fragile.
The November 3 US midterm elections represent another source of potential volatility.
A clear election result could reduce political uncertainty and support risk assets. A delayed result or unexpected shift in congressional control could instead strengthen demand for the dollar and weigh on cryptocurrencies.
Markets are also preparing for the October US employment report. Strong job creation and wage growth could reinforce expectations for another Federal Reserve rate increase in December, keeping bond yields elevated and limiting demand for speculative assets.
Immediate Bitcoin support is located near $76,000, equivalent to approximately AED 279,000. A decisive break below that level could expose $75,000, or around AED 275,400.
The first important resistance is approximately $78,300, corresponding to AED 287,600. Bitcoin would then need to recover $80,000, or AED 293,800, to improve its short-term technical outlook.
The near-term Bitcoin price in UAE will depend on whether Binance withdrawals continue to stabilise, ETF outflows slow and buyers defend the $75,000 to $76,000 support region.
